The first step is to make noodles
Prepare 500 grams of flour, add 290 ml of water, stir into dough, knead into dough, take the dough to the cutting board, like rubbing clothes, push and pull up and down and knead for two minutes, knead the dough thoroughly. It can be kneaded smooth, covered with a lid after being hot and smooth, and the resting surface is used.
The second step is to process the cabbage leaves
