III. Eligibility
(1) Applicants should meet the following conditions at the same time:

4. Meet the basic conditions such as post age, educational background, degree, major, and job requirements stipulated in the "Yushan District People's Court's 2024 Open Recruitment of Labor Dispatch System Staff Position Plan", of which "under the age of 35" is "born on or after October 8, 1988".
(2) Those who fall under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the examination:

8. Personnel who have other circumstances that are not suitable for the post and are not allowed to participate in the examination or employment as prescribed by law.
4. Recruitment procedures and registration
The recruitment work adheres to the principle of "openness, equality, competition, and merit", and is carried out in sequence in accordance with the steps of issuing recruitment announcements, registration, qualification examination, examination, physical examination and inspection, publicity and recruitment.

Registration method: The registration method is carried out by online registration, log in to the Xinhua Human Resources Online Registration and Examination System (http://masxhrl.ikaowu.com) to register, and submit your valid resident ID card (front and back of the ID card), academic certificate, qualification certificate and certificate of CPC membership and other relevant supporting materials, please upload the scanned copies of the above materials as required.
3. The ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job recruitment plans should not be less than 3:1, and if it is less than 3:1, the recruitment plan will be reduced and adjusted accordingly.
(2) Qualification review
1. The content of the qualification review is mainly to review whether the relevant materials and certificates submitted by the candidates when registering meet the qualification conditions and whether they are true and valid.

(3) Examinations
1.001 - The examination for the implementation of auxiliary posts is conducted by a combination of written examination and interview.
(1) Written test
(1) Scope of the written test: professional knowledge + comprehensive knowledge (current affairs and politics, computer knowledge and legal document writing, etc.)
(2) Written test time: 120 minutes
(3) Full score of written test: 100 points
(4) The shortlisted interviewers for the written examination will be announced in a timely manner on the WeChat public account of Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd., please pay attention to it.
(2) Interview
(1) According to the ratio of 3:1 between the number of candidates and the number of job plans, the interview candidates will be determined according to the written test results from high to low scores. If there are several candidates with the same written test scores, the last candidate will be determined as the interview candidate;
(2) This interview adopts a structured interview form, which comprehensively examines the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, situational adaptability, language expression ability, interpersonal relationship handling ability and planning, organization and coordination ability, etc., the interview score is 100 points, and the interview score is not less than 70 points in principle, if the candidate is less than 70 points, he or she shall not enter the next link;
(3) If the interview candidate is vacant due to automatic abandonment and other reasons, the written test score of the same position will be filled in equal amounts from high to low score (if you give up on the day of the interview, it will not be filled), and the interview results will be announced on the spot.
(3) Synthesis of grades
The results of the written test and the interview are combined into the final score of the examination according to the ratio of 4:6, and the above scores are converted according to the 100-point system (two decimal places are kept in the calculation, and the third decimal place is rounded). If the last student has the same composite score, the one with the highest interview score will be hired.
2.002 - The examination for the trial auxiliary post is conducted by means of an interview.
(1) The interview is conducted in a structured interview manner, which mainly tests the candidate's logical thinking ability, communication and coordination ability, and adaptability
Ability and psychological quality, knowledge and other factors. The total score of the interview is 100 points, and the score is calculated according to the "rounding" method, which is accurate to two decimal places, and the interview result is announced on the spot. According to the interview score from high to low, candidates with the same interview score will arrange additional tests on the spot;
(2) In principle, the interview score shall not be less than 70 points, if the candidate is lower than 70 points, he or she shall not be allowed to enter the next link;
(3) The interview results will be announced on the WeChat public account of Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd. on the same day.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination: According to the order of the test score from high to low, the physical examination object is determined in a ratio of 1:1 (001-the total score of the executive auxiliary post is the same, and the interview score is sorted and determined). The physical examination work is in accordance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health Commission, and the State Civil Service Bureau's Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) and the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Department of Health "Notice on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination of Public Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in the Province" (Anhui Social Secretary [2013]) No. 208) and other provisions. If you have any doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination, you may submit a written request for re-examination within 3 days from the date of announcement of the physical examination results, and the re-examination shall be carried out according to the regulations within 3 days of receiving the re-examination notice. (5) Publicity and recruitment
1. For those who have passed the examination, physical examination and inspection, the personnel to be hired will be publicized on the website of the People's Government of Yushan District (http://www.masys.gov.cn) and the WeChat public account of Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd. for 3 days. During the publicity period, if there are objections to the personnel to be hired, they may be reflected to the Yushan District People's Court. If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired, and they will be compensated in equal amounts according to the test scores from high to low scores (001-If the total score of the executive auxiliary post is the same, it will be supplemented according to the interview score); If there are serious problems in the report, but it is difficult to verify it for the time being, the employment shall be suspended, and the decision on whether to hire will be made after the verification and conclusion is made.
2. After the announcement has no objection, Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd. will sign a labor dispatch contract with the employee, of which the probationary period will be 2 months, and those who pass the assessment after the probationary period will sign a formal contract, and the salary and treatment will be implemented according to the different post treatment standards set by the Yushan District People's Court.
3. After formal employment, if the company seriously violates the rules and regulations of the unit, or is truly unable to continue to work due to physical reasons, the labor contract shall be dissolved or terminated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
