The Waidu River Court paid close attention to all kinds of disputes arising from land transfer, agricultural product planting, irrigation, harvesting, transportation, warehousing, trading and so on in the process of the development of the potato industry. At the same time, the court has also established a linkage mechanism with the local departments of agriculture, industry and commerce to jointly supervise and deal with legal issues in the development of the industry. Actively explore diversified dispute resolution mechanisms, invite people's mediators to participate in dispute mediation, give full play to the advantages of all parties, and increase the success rate of mediation. For some complex dispute cases, the court also organizes open court hearings, invites growers and business owners to observe, and conducts legal education through actual cases to enhance legal awareness and rights protection capabilities.
Qin Fulai, president of the People's Court of the People's Court of the People's Republic of China, introduced that the Court has always adhered to and developed the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, giving full play to the role of "outpost" and "bridgehead", closely combining the potato characteristic industries in the jurisdiction, and providing accurate judicial services for the grassroots social governance, rural revitalization and optimization of the law-based business environment in the town of Wuduhe, so that the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era will be rejuvenated in the potato town.
