On October 7, the Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute released the online registration arrangements and precautions for the 2025 Shandong Provincial Master's Admissions Examination, the online registration time is from October 15th to October 28th, and the online pre-registration time is from October 9th to October 12th, as follows

1. Description of the registration site

(1) For the scope of candidates to be accepted for registration and the specific requirements of the application center, please refer to the "Requirements and Conditions for the Acceptance of the 2025 Shandong Provincial Master's Admission Examination Examination Application Center" in the Graduate Recruitment column of the website (https://www.sdzk.cn/) of the Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute.

(2) There are 34 registration centers in Shandong Province, namely: 16 education enrollment examination institutions in various cities and 18 enrollment units, including Shandong University, Ocean University of China, China University of Petroleum (East China), Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University of Technology, Shandong Jianzhu University, Shandong Agricultural University, Qingdao Agricultural University, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong Normal University, Qufu Normal University, Liaocheng University, Shandong University of Finance and Economics, Qingdao University, Yantai University, Jinan University and Qilu University of Technology.

In principle, all application centers in Shandong Province only accept fresh undergraduate graduates studying in Shandong universities (the teaching site of fresh undergraduate graduates of adult colleges and universities is located in Shandong Province) and work (in principle, social security payment materials must be provided, please refer to the online confirmation announcement issued by the registration center for details) or other candidates with household registration in Shandong Province (including previous years, self-examination, online education, etc., the same below), and candidates who apply for the separate examination of the enrollment unit in Shandong Province and the strong army plan are not subject to the above restrictions.

2. Precautions for registration

(1) Conscientiously study relevant policies and regulations.

Candidates should carefully read the "2025 National Regulations on the Administration of Master's Degree Enrollment" of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment regulations of the enrollment unit for which they apply for the examination. The admissions unit will review the qualifications of the confirmed candidates after online confirmation. Those who do not meet the qualifications will not be allowed to take the test. Candidates who are not allowed to take the exam will not be able to take the exam.

Before registering online, candidates must learn more about the confirmation announcements issued by the registration centers in Shandong Province through the China Graduate Admissions Information Network (website: https://yz.chsi.com.cn) and the website of the registration center in advance, so as to avoid the inability to confirm the information due to the wrong selection of the registration center. If the candidate chooses the wrong registration center due to personal reasons, the candidate cannot confirm it later, and the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate.

(2) Be familiar with the selection requirements of the registration center.

1. Candidates who apply for the national unified examination: fresh undergraduate graduates, who apply for the enrollment unit where the university is located, and the unit is the registration center, must choose the unit as the registration center for registration; If the enrollment unit where the university is located is not the registration center, or the enrollment unit where the university is not located, the enrollment unit must choose the municipal education enrollment examination agency where the university is located as the registration center. The fresh graduates of the non-local branch campuses (campuses) of colleges and universities shall be implemented according to the policies of the location of the branch campuses (campuses).

For other candidates, if the enrollment unit where the application is working or household registration is located and the unit is the registration center, they must select the unit as the registration center for registration. If the enrollment unit in the place where the applicant works or registers but the unit is not the registration center, or the enrollment unit where the applicant is not working or is not registered, the municipal education enrollment examination agency where the work or household registration is located must be selected as the registration center. If the place of work and household registration are inconsistent, you can choose the nearest enrollment unit or municipal education enrollment examination agency as the registration center for registration.

The location of the above-mentioned candidates' colleges and universities (including branch campuses), household registration or work place (in principle, social security payment materials must be provided, please refer to the online confirmation announcement issued by the registration center for details) are all based on districts and cities.

2. Candidates who apply for a separate examination (including candidates from other provinces): You can only choose the registration unit as the registration center for registration.

3. Candidates who apply for the Strong Army Program: Only Shandong University can be selected as the registration center for registration.

(3) Proficient in the online registration process.

After successful registration, log in to the registration system during the specified registration period, and fill in the relevant information according to the operation steps prompted by the system, and the information must be true, accurate and complete. After the candidates submit the application information, the candidate registration information and registration number will be automatically generated by the China Graduate Admissions Information Network. At this time, candidates should carefully check their own information, especially whether there is any error in the selected registration center, and if there is any error, they must correct it before the end of the online report.

2. Online registration time

The online registration period is from October 15 to October 28, 2024, from 9:00 to 22:00 every day. The online pre-registration period is from October 9 to October 12, 2024, from 9:00 to 22:00 every day. After successful pre-registration, the registration is valid.

3. Online payment

Candidates who choose to register at each test center in Shandong Province will pay the registration fee online by online payment during the registration period (including pre-registration). Candidates must complete the online payment during the online registration period, and the deadline is 22:00 on October 28. After the online registration is completed, no supplementary payment will be made.

Fee standard: The professional fee standard starting with "5" in the second subject code of the business course applied by the candidate is 220 yuan per person, and the fee standard for the rest of the majors is 180 yuan per person.

(4) Online confirmation.

After successful registration and payment, all candidates should confirm online within the specified time. Candidates who have not completed the online confirmation will be invalid.

1. Confirm the time online

Shandong Province confirms online that the first time the materials are uploaded is from 9:00 on October 31, 2024 to 12:00 on November 5, 2024, and the deadline for those who fail to pass the review to upload supplementary materials is 16:00 on November 5. Cannot be uploaded after the deadline.

2. Confirm the requirements online

All registration centers in our province adopt the online confirmation method, and candidates are requested to carefully read the online announcement issued by the selected registration center, upload relevant materials in a timely and accurate manner according to the requirements of the registration center, and complete the online confirmation. If the online confirmation is not passed due to the candidate's failure to upload materials as required, the candidate shall be responsible for it.

Candidates should carefully check the online registration information, and the registration information confirmed by the candidates will not be modified in the preliminary examination, re-examination and admission stage. All consequences caused by incorrect information filling in shall be borne by the candidate.

3. Other tips

(1) Modify matters related to application information.

After the candidates submit the application information, the application information of the candidates will be automatically generated by the China Graduate Admissions Information Network, but regardless of whether the application fee has been paid, the key information such as "application unit", "registration center" and "examination method" cannot be changed. Candidates who fill in the key information incorrectly must cancel the registration before the online registration deadline (22:00 on October 28) and re-register and pay the registration fee again. The duplicate registration fee will be automatically refunded within 3 months after the online registration ends.

If candidates modify non-critical information, they can log in to the registration website with their registered username and password before the online registration deadline (22:00 on October 28).

(2) Matters related to the refund of the application fee.

Candidates who have taken the online confirmation and have been assigned to the test but have not taken the test will not be refunded.

If the candidate fails to pay the registration fee repeatedly due to improper operation during online payment or network technical reasons, or has paid the registration fee but has not confirmed it online, the system will automatically refund the relevant registration fee within 3 months after the online registration ends.

Candidates should not cancel their bank card immediately after paying the registration fee, otherwise the refund will be affected.

(3) Matters related to the registration of self-examinees.

Since the self-examinee has no student status, the self-examinee who has not obtained the graduation certificate will be prompted to have no student status when registering and verifying online, and the candidate can continue to fill in the report at that time, and provide the corresponding self-examination materials according to the requirements of the application unit in the later stage, such as self-examination transcripts.

(4) Explanation of the test center arrangement.

Each test center will allocate the test center after taking into account the number of applicants, the construction of standardized test centers, and the safety of group tests. Please refer to the information on the admission ticket for the specific test center information.

(5) Matters related to candidates with disabilities applying for reasonable accommodations.

If candidates meet the application facilitation conditions stipulated in the Notice of the Ministry of Education and the China Disabled Persons' Federation on Printing <残疾人参加普通高等学校招生全国统一考试管理规定>and Distributing (Teaching [2017] No. 4), please submit an application to the registration center before November 20.

(6) Check the relevant application information in a timely manner.

Candidates should regularly log in to the China Graduate Admissions Information Network to check the "station letters" and keep abreast of the relevant enrollment information of the application center and enrollment unit.
