In the vast land of China, the countryside, which carries the hopes and dreams of hundreds of millions of farmers, has undergone an unprecedented historic change.

The muddy dirt road has become a smooth "village to village"; Drones flew over the fields; The villages nestled among the beautiful scenery are decorated with rural pictures...... Since 2002, I served as the deputy head of Dongchang District, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, and in the past 20 years, I have gone through 4 cities, deeply cultivated the "three rural" front, as a member of the China Democratic Construction Association, along with the construction of an agricultural power, I have experienced and witnessed the magnificent changes of the "three rural" in the exploration and practice again and again. From carrying out the construction of a new socialist countryside to give me a first glimpse of the doorway, to the solid cornerstone of food security; From the comprehensive victory of poverty alleviation to the vigorous vitality of rural revitalization, every change that has occurred in the countryside has converged into a sonorous pace of building an agricultural power. Rural fusion is the call of the times and the inevitability of history. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has clearly put forward that "the most arduous and onerous task of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way is in rural areas, especially in poor areas", and promised that "no poor area and poor people must be left behind", sounding the clarion call for poverty alleviation in the new era and opening a great practice with Chinese characteristics. As a grassroots witness of the "Three Rurals", I have successively served as the deputy mayor of Tonghua City and Siping City, and I deeply feel the unremitting efforts of the Communist Party of China to seek happiness for the people. Anchoring the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, all localities at all levels have focused on overcoming the fortress of poverty, focusing on "two worries and three guarantees", and solving a series of historical problems such as difficulties in travel, draft, electricity, communication, schooling, and medical treatment. Walking into the former poor village again, the dilapidated houses have been renovated, clean tap water has been introduced indoors, leisure squares have been built at the door of the house, children from poor families have enjoyed fairer educational resources, rural people can really see and afford to see diseases, and a higher level of public services has formed a comfortable "life service circle...... The old countryside has been renewed. In 2021, General Secretary Xi Jinping solemnly declared that "the mainland's poverty alleviation battle has achieved a comprehensive victory" and "created another human miracle in the annals of history!" "Under the current standard, all 98.99 million rural poor people in the country have been lifted out of poverty, all 832 poverty-stricken counties have been lifted out of poverty, and all 128,000 poverty-stricken villages have been listed. The sunshine of poverty alleviation has shone to every corner, and the rural revitalization strategy focusing on the five aspects of industry, ecology, talent, culture and organization has kicked off. The haze of poverty gradually dissipated, replaced by happy smiling faces and prosperous scenes everywhere, and the families that were once crushed by poverty finally straightened their backbones. The effective connection from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization is not only a material victory, but also a spiritual baptism, which makes us more convinced that as long as there are people in our hearts, there is a road under our feet. Shouldering the "ballast stone" of stable production and supply agriculture is stronger in the vast fields, the golden rice waves are rolling, and the green wheat seedlings are swaying, which is the gift of nature to the hard-working farmers, the foundation of rural fusion, and the most solid support in the hearts of our "three rural" cadres. Food security is the "great power of the country" and the cornerstone of national security, and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has taken solving the problem of feeding more than one billion people as the top priority in governing the country. General Secretary Xi Jinping said that "being the 'ballast stone' of stable national grain production and supply is the primary responsibility of Northeast China". In July 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Siping City, Jilin Province, emphasizing that "Jilin should put food security in a prominent position, do a good job in grain production without relaxation, accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode, and create more experience in exploring the road of modern agricultural development", "We must conscientiously summarize and promote the pear tree model, and take effective measures to effectively protect and make good use of the black soil, the 'giant panda in cultivated land'". As the granary of a big country, Jilin Province keeps in mind the entrustment of the general secretary, goes all out to grasp grain production, and makes a fuss about "soil, specialty, and production", elm, Nong'an, and Dehui rank among the top three grain-producing counties in the country all year round, and Jilin rice and Jilin corn have become synonymous with grain quality, and Tonghua has made the world's fragrant wine, and "small fungus" has also become a "big industry". In 2023, Jilin Province's grain output will reach 83.73 billion catties, a record high, nearly double the 44 billion catties more than 20 years ago. With 9 percent of the world's arable land and 6 percent of the world's freshwater resources, the mainland has produced nearly 25 percent of the world's grain, fed nearly 20 percent of the world's population, achieved basic self-sufficiency in grains and absolute food security, and achieved a historic change from "not having enough to eat" to "having enough to eat" and "eating well." In 2017, the counterpart cooperation between Jilin and Zhejiang provinces, under the organization and call of the provincial party committee, I was fortunate to go to Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province to serve as the deputy mayor, and saw the implementation of the "Ten Million Project" in Zhejiang, creating thousands of beautiful villages. Zhejiang up and down in practice, walk in the forefront, bravely stand at the head of the tide, more than 20 years of long-term contribution, along with General Secretary Xi Jinping in Zhejiang work personally planned, deployed to promote the "88 strategy", a blueprint drawn to the end, the implementation of the "thousands of village demonstration, 10,000 village renovation" project, profoundly changed the rural landscape. Through the "five water co-governance", Zhejiang has controlled pollution with an iron fist, swept the "milk river" in Pujiang County, and rejuvenated the clear water and beautiful shore; Anji County has taken the improvement of the rural living environment as a breakthrough point, from the dusty sky to the continuous bamboo sea, giving birth to a green water economy, and successfully exploring a Chinese-style modern rural path. Together with all parts of the country, Jilin Province is also deeply studying and applying the experience of Zhejiang's "Ten Million Project". After taking up my post at the Changchun Municipal Government in 2021, I also participated in and witnessed the process of "butterfly change" in Changchun Hemei Village. Starting from the improvement of the rural living environment, from the point to the surface, iterative upgrading, the former garbage mountains have become green belts, the old bungalows have become "beautiful courtyards" and "clean homes", the rural public infrastructure has been continuously improved, the level of rural environmental governance has been continuously improved, and the appearance of the village has been significantly improved, which has also made "rural tourism" a new fashion. Now it is another scene to walk into the countryside again, under the blue sky and white clouds, the village road is straight and clean, dotted with scattered courtyards, the air is wafting with a thick "nostalgia", looking at it, a magnificent picture of industrial prosperity, farmers are rich, and rural beauty has been slowly spreading. Unswervingly follow the party and forge ahead in the new era hand in hand As the chairman of the Changchun Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, in the performance of my political duties again and again, I deeply feel that the China Democratic National Construction Association adheres to the fine tradition of multi-party cooperation with the party, patriotism for the people, sincere cooperation, dedication and dedication, and I have become more and more deeply aware that the history of the China Democratic National Construction Association is a history of solidarity with the Communist Party of China, full of struggle and dedication. Under the training of the Communist Party of China and the Democratic National Construction Organization, from a local CPPCC member to a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, from a grassroots cadre to a deputy mayor of a sub-provincial city, I have gradually embarked on a higher platform for performing my duties. While actively reflecting the voices of the grassroots and responding to the concerns of the people, we also feel that the party and the state are paying more and more attention to democratic consultation, listening to the voices of the grassroots and solving problems at the grassroots level. More small incisions of "people's livelihood and practical matters" have been transformed into the grand strategy of the party and the country, and the people's sense of happiness has become more sufficient.
