Yongchang County has gone all out to promote the construction of scenic spots, continuously improve the service quality of scenic spots, and accelerate the construction of the Beihaizi National Wetland Park Protection and Exhibition Project and the creation of AAAA-level scenic spots in Beiwudang Mountain Scenic Area. Among them, the Beihaizi National Wetland Park Protection and Exhibition Project has an estimated investment of 15 million yuan, and the construction period of the project is 2 years, and the main construction contents are: 600 square meters of new wetland science education and resource display base, 2 kilometers of walking trails, 11,900 square meters of new ecological parking lots, supporting monitoring systems, fire prevention and disaster reduction facilities, emergency rescue facilities, health rescue facilities, etc. At present, the construction of a 2-kilometer walking trail, an emergency rescue fire passage around the wetland, a 7,000-square-meter ecological parking lot and the erection of fire early warning and monitoring equipment, the paving of the fountain square on the west side of the park road, pipeline installation, lighting and greening, wetland science education and the construction of the main project of the resource display base have been completed.
Yongchang County focuses on the "eight key points" of tourism transportation, sightseeing, safety, health, shopping, comprehensive management, postal and telecommunication services, resources and environmental protection, and strives to create an AAAA-level scenic spot in the North Wudang Mountain Scenic Area. At present, 8,000 square meters of ecological parking lot in North Wudang Mountain has been completed, 300 meters of wooden plank road and 700 meters of walking trail have been laid in Wudang Flower Sea, and 105 monitoring facilities have been installed. With the continuous improvement of the infrastructure of the scenic spot and the further improvement of the service function, the taste of the scenic spot will be further improved.
At the same time, Yongchang County has deepened and implemented the "forest chief system" responsibility field, carefully carved and done a good job in the greening and beautification of scenic spots, and planted various flowers such as peony flowers, zinnias, and dried flowers in Wudang Ecological Flower Sea, totaling more than 80 acres; More than 1,000 trees and shrubs such as long-leaved elm, mantou willow, Qilian juniper, and Wenguanguo were planted in the wetland green belt and Wudang Mountain Scenic Area; More than 500 seedlings of various types were replanted in the Wulishagou landscape belt, and about 2,200 square meters of various green plants such as sunflowers, Gesang flowers, zinnias, bellflowers, and creepers were planted in Beihaizi Park.
Yongchang County carries out environmental remediation on a regular basis, combining daily management and centralized remediation to rectify the environmental sanitation in the scenic spot, normalizing the cleaning of garbage in areas such as walking trails, cleaning and wiping of public facilities such as promenade rest chairs and landscape sketches, and cleaning of weeds, dead branches and fallen leaves in green areas; Concentrate on the improvement of water environmental sanitation, vigorously clean up water garbage, salvage floating objects, and strive to achieve no blind spots, no dead ends, no omissions, and effectively make the appearance of the scenic spot "beautiful" and the ecological environment "beautiful".
