On October 1, Ma Zhixiang, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, conducted field research on some real estate projects in our county, worked on the spot, and coordinated to solve the difficult problems existing in the project.
Ma Zhixiang successively went to the real estate development project sites of Jinheyuan, Hollywood Century Plaza, Meichen New Town, Tengfeng Commercial City, and Xiaohe Shuishui Hot Spring Town, listened to the reports of the project development enterprises and relevant departments at the county level, learned more about the project planning and construction, surrounding supporting facilities, sales, etc., inquired about the difficulties and problems in the construction of the project, and put forward targeted solutions to the existing difficulties and problems.

Real estate projects are related to the economic and social development of the county, but also related to the vital interests of the masses, all relevant departments and real estate enterprises should be in accordance with the principle of law and regulations, innovative ideas, take action, effectively solve the problems existing in real estate projects, and promote the sustained and healthy development of the real estate industry.

Housing and construction departments should take the initiative to take the lead, conduct in-depth research, and carefully sort out, one project and one plan, specific problems and specific analysis, and come up with practical and feasible measures and methods as soon as possible.
