Official: Former Manchester City goalkeeper Bravo joins Real Betis on his own

Live Bar August 31 , La Liga Real Betis announced the second signing of the 2020-2021 season on the club's official website, the team and former Manchester goalkeeper Claudio Bravo reached an agreement, the Chilean goalkeeper will join Real Betis as a free agent.

Born in 1983, Bravo started his career with Chilean domestic team Kolokolo. In 2006, he signed with Real Sociedad in La Liga, where he landed in Europe and spent eight seasons with the team. In 2016, his outstanding performance attracted the attention of Barcelona, and barca actually signed Bravo as early as 2014. In the 2016-2017 season, Bravo moved to Manchester City in the Premier League and played until this summer. So far in his career, Bravo has played 506 official matches.

At the national team level, Bravo has been selected for Chile's U20, U23 and senior national teams. He played 123 games for the senior national team, making the second most appearance in chilean national history.

To date, Bravo has received 2 Chilean league titles, 2 La Liga titles, 2 Copa del Rey, 1 Spanish Super Cup, 1 Champions League, 1 UEFA Super Cup, 1 Club World Cup, 2 Premier League titles, 1 FA Cup, 3 League Cups and 2 Community Shield titles.
