The Daning Theater is filled with a joyful atmosphere. A concert with the theme of "Striving for Perseverance and Writing a Chapter" was staged at the theater today (25th), reproducing the earth-shaking transformation of Pengpu New Village from a workers' new village to today, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
Accompanied by melodious music, the concert kicked off, with a soundtrack reciting "Rising the People's City Temperature and Cultivating a Happy Pengpu Home" to tell the vigorous development of Pengpu New Village Street.
A special courtesy event was held on-site. Over the past five years, under the guidance of the important concept of "People's City", Pengpu Xincun Street has deeply explored a new path for party building to lead the modernization of grassroots governance, comprehensively improved the level of grassroots governance of the people's city in the new era, and effectively promoted the modernization of the community, and a large number of collectives and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to community construction have emerged in the street, and won nearly 300 national, municipal and district honorary titles. The organizers specially invited them to the concert site to express to them the most sincere respect of the cadres and masses of Pengpu New Village.
The concert also carefully planned three chapters, "Red Inheritance", "Hymn to Landscapes" and "Prosperous Chapters", each of which closely revolves around the theme of celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and through different musical styles and repertoire, it shows the arduous struggle of New China to the prosperity of today, and then to the vision of a better future.
In the chapter of red inheritance, the symphony orchestra played "Ode to the Red Flag", "Yellow River" and "Sing a Mountain Song to the Party", the passionate melody evoked people's deep memory of the revolutionary years and stimulated the patriotic feelings of the audience. The subsequent landscape hymn chapters "Reflecting the Red Mountain", "Heroic Hymn", "I Love You, China", and "Shandandan Blossoming Red and Yanyan" 4 songs, showing the magnificent mountains and rivers of the motherland and the glorious image of revolutionary heroes, bringing the audience into a magnificent landscape painting, showing the infinite charm of the motherland's great rivers and mountains. The climax of the concert is the chapter of the prosperous era. The symphony orchestra performed "My Chinese Heart", "Comfortable Days", "The Edge of Heaven", "Velvet Flower", "My Motherland" and other strong notes of the times, with beautiful melodies and majestic momentum, expressing deep friendship for the motherland and infinite longing for a better life in the future. The audience stood up and waved the national flag in their hands.
The whole concert lasted nearly an hour and a half, and the atmosphere was enthusiastic. After 75 years of wind and rain, the streets of Pengpu New Village have formed the spirit of "special ability to endure hardships, special ability to fight, special ability to endure, and special dedication". Standing at a new starting point, Pengpu Xincun Street will continue to build consensus, gather strength, devote itself to various tasks with more enthusiasm and higher morale, and contribute to the prosperity of the motherland and the happy life of the people.
