Introduction to the program "Interview in the Clouds".

This program is a large-scale comprehensive dialect interview program run by the comprehensive radio of Tuoketuo County Rong Media Center (FM FM107.9 MHz Voice in the Clouds), with the purpose of paying attention to the hot spots of the people, appreciating the cultural landscape, speaking freely about Vientiane topics, and listening to the voice of the times, covering all aspects of social life such as current affairs and humanities. Close to the lives of the people in an all-round way, tell the story of Tuoketo, and spread the voice of Tuoketo.

The series of interviews was jointly planned and launched by the Tuoketuo County Financial Media Center and the Tuoketuo County Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Chen Heping, also known as Chen Xudong, is a native of Tuoketuo County. A retired soldier, his right leg was amputated at a high level, and he was engaged in archival secretarial work in the enterprise before retirement. He loves literature and calligraphy, and his calligraphy works have been selected for use on the cover of the "Tuoketo Culture" series published by Yuanfang Publishing House. The prose poem "Yongli 1994" was published in the supplement of "People's Literature", and the group poem "Story 1995" was published in "Modern Chinese Poetry". "Thinking of Haizi-2017", "Illuminate Yourself-2017" and "Reverie-2017" were selected for the 606th issue of "Contemporary Poets" "100 Cities, 100 Magazines" Chinese Readers' Favorite Poets Selection Exhibition. In the "Writer's Guide", "Hohhot Daily", "Hundred Cities Poetry Rhyme", "Cloud Chinese Garden", "China Poetry Network" and other newspapers and periodicals, the Internet published "About "Tu Steamed Buns"-2017", the group of poems "Plugged Poetry Notes-2001", "Selected Poetry of Xudong", the prose "Diliu" and so on. In 1995, he was invited to Beijing to participate in the Literary Symposium and Poetry Exploration Research Conference. In 2011, he was awarded the second prize of literary and artistic creation by the county party committee and the county government, and was rated as an advanced individual in the county's literary and artistic volunteer service in 2018 by the Propaganda Department of the county party committee and the county Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

Storyteller of the radio station of Tuoketuo County Rong Media Center, and host of the program "Interview in the Clouds". Graduated from the International University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy (formerly the Correspondence University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy) with a double major in calligraphy and painting. Graduated from the Open University of China (formerly China Central Radio and Television University) with a major in Chinese language and literature. Vice Chairman of Radio, Film and Television Association of Tuoxian Federation of Literature, Writers Association, Calligraphers Association, Artists Association, Photographers Association, Director of Inner Mongolia Quyi Artists Association, Academician of Inner Mongolia Gumu Fengchun Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Member of Beijing Qigong Research Association.
