This year's No. 13 typhoon "Bebinca" (typhoon level), at 11 o'clock today, the center has reached the sea surface about 470 kilometers south-east of Shanghai Pudong Huizui, the center of the typhoon is currently moving at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour to the north-west, gradually increasing in intensity. Typhoon "Bebinca" is expected to make landfall in the area from Pudong in Shanghai to Zhoushan in Zhejiang Province from the early morning to the morning of the 16th.
