Since the establishment of the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, the Shenzhen-Shantou Water Company has gradually undertaken water-related affairs in the whole region. However, due to the fact that the water supply price has not been officially released, the tap water price in the area has not been unified, and the sewage treatment fee standard has not been established, the water supply and drainage income cannot cover the cost, which has become a major factor restricting the long-term development of the enterprise.
In order to improve the operational efficiency of water supply and drainage, and realize that the price of water supply and drainage is "the same city, the same quality, and the same price" as that of Shenzhen, Shenshan Water Company sorted out the cost of water supply and drainage over the years, connected with various bureaus and offices in the district, and successfully held an audit and hearing on the pricing cost of water supply and drainage in combination with the actual local situation, and reported to the executive meeting of the district management committee for deliberation and completion, and finally contributed to the adjustment of water supply and drainage prices.
After the adjustment, according to the nature of water supply, the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone will be priced separately according to the three categories of residential water, non-residential water and special water, and the comprehensive water price will be adjusted to 2.31 yuan/cubic meter. The price adjustment also exempts families enjoying the regional minimum living guarantee and families with preferential care personnel approved by relevant departments by 12 cubic meters per household · month, and the excess part is implemented according to the tiered water price system.
In addition, in order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the sewage treatment industry, according to the relevant regulations, after the implementation of cost supervision and review, expert demonstration, price hearing, listening to social opinions, risk assessment, legality review and other pricing procedures, the district party working committee and management committee agreed, the sewage treatment fee standard for residents is charged according to the water consumption of 0.85 yuan/ton, non-residents are charged according to the water consumption of 1.26 yuan/ton, and special water is charged according to the water consumption of 2.50 yuan/ton.
