3. Two styles: never tired of learning, never tired of teaching. Confucius had both the demeanor of a scholar and the demeanor of an educator, but Confucius read very limitedly, less than one-tenth of that of Mao Gong; Confucius opened a private school, with many disciples, and Mao Gong was also fond of running schools, and during the Yan'an period alone, he founded 35 cadre schools, cultivated tens of thousands of talents of all kinds, and prepared cadres for the political innovation and comprehensive reform of New China. Therefore, Mao Gong's scholarly demeanor and educator demeanor are far superior to Confucius's.
4. Consistency: Charity. Confucius's consistent thought is benevolence, Confucius sympathizes with the suffering of the people, cares for students, and cares for servants, but Confucius's benevolence is not thorough, compared with Mao Gong's benevolence in the world, it is really more fireflies than the sun, and trickles than the sea.
