Recently, the construction project of high-quality organic fertilizer production base in Quanjing Village, Waigang Town has been basically completed, and it is expected to be put into use in early 2025, which can meet the disposal needs of about 25,000 pigs, with an annual output of about 10,000 tons of commercial organic fertilizer, and promote the development of planting and breeding circular agriculture.
"The capacity and level of manure collection and disposal of livestock and poultry farms is the key to ensuring the implementation of circular agriculture." Gao Hao, head of Shanghai Waigang Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., introduced that the construction of the project includes organic fertilizer production workshop, production supporting room, pig manure treatment production line equipment, organic fertilizer production line equipment, environmental protection equipment, photovoltaic power generation equipment, etc., design and configuration of pig manure fermentation tank, dry and wet separator and other equipment, will use breeding waste and straw to produce organic fertilizer technology and facilities, to achieve the organic combination of planting and breeding industry and virtuous cycle, to create a green cycle of ecological agriculture.
It is reported that planting and breeding circular agriculture is an effective starting point for accelerating the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, opening up the blocking points of planting and breeding cycles, promoting the return of manure to the field, and promoting the green and high-quality development of agriculture. In recent years, relying on the demand for breeding and breeding of 10,000 acres of fertile land in the town and Quanjing pig farm, Waigang Town has actively explored the "livestock-marsh-fertilizer-grain" cycle system, continuously strengthened the bond between planting and aquaculture, and is committed to accelerating the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, opening up the planting and breeding cycle blocking points, and promoting the return of manure to the field.
