In order to guide juveniles involved in crime to deeply understand the harm of bad behavior, correct bad cognition, and develop good behavior habits, recently, the Yicheng District Procuratorate and Xuanhe Judicial Social Workers carried out a personal cognitive improvement class of "Farewell to Bad Behavior and Habits".
In the class, Chen Yan, deputy director of the Juvenile and Accusation Trial Prosecution Department of the Yicheng District Procuratorate, explained the main content of bad behavior and serious bad behavior to the juveniles involved in the crime. Through case analysis, explanation of relevant laws and regulations, etc., let the juveniles involved in the crime deeply understand the harm of bad behavior and serious bad behavior, which will not only have a negative impact on their lives, but also bear corresponding legal responsibility.
Subsequently, Zhang Xiaoyan, a social worker of Xuanhe Justice, guided the juveniles involved in crime to self-reflect by talking about the negative impact of bad behaviors and habits on their lives, and formulated a change plan according to their own bad behaviors that they urgently need to change, and established a one-to-one support mechanism to prevent the juveniles involved in crime from committing illegal acts again.
"With the help of prosecutors and social work teachers, I understood the dangers of excessive play, and now I spend more time studying and exercising." Xiao Li, who used to be addicted to games, said.
Life is a long road, but there are often only a few steps at the critical point. It is the bounden duty of all sectors of society to correctly guide young people to stay away from bad behavior and prevent juveniles from breaking the law and committing crimes. The Yicheng District Procuratorate and Xuanhe social workers will further strengthen cooperation, continuously improve the care mechanism, and create a good social environment for the healthy growth of minors.
