【Ingredient Details】
150 grams of oatmeal, 200 grams of milk, 6~8 grams of pure cocoa powder, 2.5 grams ~ 3 grams of yeast, 90% dark chocolate to prepare 3 small pieces, only use two small pieces, 1 banana, 1 egg

【Directions】
Slice the banana and weigh all the other ingredients for later use.
Pour the eggs, yeast and cocoa powder into the oatmeal.
Mix well.
I use refrigerated milk to heat it to no more than 40 degrees, and if I use room temperature milk, I don't need to heat it, and pour the heated milk into the oatmeal.
Stir more to make the oatmeal softer.
Prepare a baking bowl with oiled paper on the bottom to prevent sticking, and brush it with cooking oil if there is no oiled paper.
Start by pouring in half of the oat paste.
Arrange with banana slices.
Break the black cubes into small pieces and place them on top of the banana.
Pour in the remaining oat paste and smooth out the surface.
Break the black pieces into smaller pieces and sprinkle them on the surface, sprinkle some sliced almonds and top with a few blueberries.
Put it in the oven at 38 degrees or room temperature in summer to ferment for about 30~40 minutes, without complete fermentation, just ferment until it grows significantly taller.
After fermentation, the oven is preheated in advance, put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat, put the middle layer, and bake at 180 degrees for 35~40 minutes, the time and temperature should be adjusted according to the size of the oven.
After baking, make a circle with a fruit knife along the edge of the baking bowl, buckle it on the plate, remove the grease paper at the bottom, and then buckle it back to completely remove the mold.

4.
