The meeting pointed out that this year is a key year for the current county party committee to complete the task of high-quality full coverage, and it is also the first year for the study and implementation of the newly revised "Regulations on the Inspection Work of the Communist Party of China". The meeting emphasized that the first is to deepen ideological understanding and stabilize the direction of inspection. Patrol cadres should consciously benchmark against the latest arrangements and requirements of the Party Central Committee and the provincial, municipal, and county party committees, unify the focus and key points of patrol work with the goal of loyally defending the "two establishments" and resolutely achieving the "two safeguards"; they should closely focus on seeking happiness for the people, which is the "great power of the country", promote the resolution of outstanding problems that the people have strong reactions to, and give full play to the role of the link that closely connects with the masses. The second is to grasp the key links and ensure the effectiveness of inspections. It is necessary to adhere to the problem orientation, highlight the key minority, enhance the effectiveness of supervision of the "number one" and the leading group, carefully analyze the relevant situation and problem reflection provided by the functional departments, study and judge the direction of inspection in advance, strengthen precise inspection, and deepen the use of the "Operational Guidelines for Village (Community) Inspection" to improve the quality and efficiency of this round of inspection. The third is to promote the system in a coordinated manner and unite the patrol force. The Party organizations being inspected should consciously accept political supervision, and actively create conditions and provide assistance to the inspection teams to understand the situation and discover problems. Discipline inspection and supervision organs and organizational departments should strengthen their awareness of coordination and cooperation, and strengthen supervision and inspection of the units being inspected in areas such as cooperating with patrol work, implementing assigned matters, and rectifying feedback problems.
After the meeting, the inspection office organized business training, and specially invited the relevant business backbones of the county civil affairs bureau and the county agriculture and rural bureau to carry out special lectures on social assistance work and the management and use of the "three capitals" of rural collectives.
According to the arrangement, this round of inspections will carry out inspections of the county party committee office, the county statistical bureau, the county financial media center, Zouqiao Township, Cheqiao Town, and Tangshan Township; Carry out direct inspections of Shimen Village and Zouqiao Village in Zouqiao Township, Yimen Village, Cheqiao Village and Changqing Village in Cheqiao Township, Shiyuan Village and Zhenghu Village in Tangshan Township; Yuankou Village, Yangfang Village, Fushan Village, Zhangkeng Village of Zouqiao Township, Baiyang Village, Baishui Village, Jiujing Village, Panfang Village, Chengmen Village, Kunshan Village, Lingshang Village and Xintang Village of Tangshan Township carried out "integrated village patrol".
