After receiving the complaint, the Nansha District Fire Brigade, Nansha Street and other staff immediately went to the community to inspect the scene and found that there were indeed many problems in the fire protection of the community, including some fire protection facilities and equipment were not kept intact or functional, some buildings were not equipped with fire extinguishers in accordance with the specifications, the personnel on duty in the fire control room did not have a work permit, the smoke fire detector was not set up in the cable well of the electric room, and some fire protection facilities were missing and not kept intact and effective.
Therefore, the Nansha District Fire Brigade intends to file a case for investigation and punishment of the fire protection violations of the Nansha Branch of Guangdong Longguang Group Property Management Co., Ltd. that arrange personnel who do not have the corresponding conditions to be on duty, and issue a rectification notice for the above problems.
