Dear Parents and Friends,
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence and epidemic of infectious diseases in nursery institutions and schools, in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Vaccine Management Law" and the relevant requirements of the County Health Bureau and the County Education Bureau, all vaccination units in our county will carry out the inspection of vaccination certificates and missed vaccines for children enrolled in nurseries and schools in the summer of 2024. Notice is hereby given on the inspection of vaccination certificates for children enrolled in nursery schools and enrolled in schools in the fall as follows:
Inspection time:
July 15–August 31, 2024
Objects to be checked:
Children who are newly enrolled in Nursery (Nursery Class), newly enrolled (Grade 1) and transferred to Kindergarten and Elementary School in the fall of 2024.
Inspection Locations:
Vaccination clinic of county traditional Chinese medicine hospital, vaccination clinic of Wulan Community Health Service Center, and vaccination clinic of township health centers (see the following table for the address and contact number of the vaccination unit).
What to bring: Children's vaccination certificate
Parents are requested to take your children to the nearest vaccination clinic for a vaccination certificate check during the summer vacation. After the inspection, the vaccination clinic will issue a copy of the "Child Vaccination Status Audit Report" for the children who have completed the full course of vaccination, and the parents will hand it over to the school for inspection at the beginning of the school year; For children who have not completed vaccination, two copies of the "Children's Immunization Review Report" will be issued, one of which will be handed over by the parents to the school for inspection, and the other one will be kept by the child's parents or their guardians as a vaccine catch-up certificate, and will be handed over to the school for re-inspection after the missed vaccine catch-up is completed.
All vaccination units in the county will cooperate with the education department and parents to do a good job in the inspection of children's vaccination certificates and the catch-up of missed vaccines in their jurisdictions.
I wish every child in the county can enter the new campus healthy and happy and start a new growth journey.
Tips
In addition to the national immunization program vaccines, there are also non-immunization program vaccines such as varicella vaccine, quadrivalent influenza vaccine, EV71 enterovirus (hand, foot and mouth) vaccine, and 23-valent pneumococcal vaccine. At present, influenza, chickenpox, angina (a pre-hand, foot and mouth disease), hand, foot and mouth disease are still common infectious diseases on campus, and they are also the main reasons for students to miss classes due to illness. It is recommended that parents and friends consult the staff while checking the vaccination certificate for their children, and receive non-immunization program vaccines according to the principles of informed, voluntary and self-paying, so as to give their children broader and more comprehensive protection.
