3. Solicitation content

The works focus on the beautiful scenery and food, intangible cultural heritage culture, ancient houses, landscapes and humanities in Qiyang, and other themes that contain cultural and tourism elements, as well as a livable and workable environment, and hot construction scenes.

Fourth, the awards

The competition has two categories: "The Most Beautiful Light and Shadow Award", "Best Promotion Award" and "Most Popular Award" in two categories: photography and short video, and awards will be given respectively. Entrants are encouraged to submit their works to media at all levels. From August 8, 2024 to October 8, 2024, the total monthly bonus is limited to 10,000 yuan, and certain rewards will be given to the photographic pictures and short videos published in the corresponding media in the current month.

5. How to participate

1. Members of photographers associations at or above the county and municipal level, news media practitioners with relevant certificates, and other participants can enter the tourist areas and scenic spots within the jurisdiction of Qiyang City for unlimited free shooting during the competition with the "Participation Card" issued by the organizing committee.

2. All participants entering the scenic spot for filming are required to purchase accident insurance, which shall not affect the normal tour of tourists, and pay attention to their own personal safety and that of tourists. All accidents, responsibilities and losses that occur during filming shall be borne by the photographer himself/herself.

VI. Entry Requirements

1. Each participant can submit multiple works at the same time to participate in the photography and short video competitions.

2. Entries must be original in 2024 and have not been published, published or awarded in any media before August 2024, with true content, positive content, promoting the core values of socialism, not violating laws and regulations, no advertising placement, no intellectual property disputes, and plagiarism and plagiarism are strictly prohibited.

3. The photographic work can be a single work or a series of pictures (no more than 8 photos), in principle, take color pictures, JPG format, each work is not less than 5M (try to transmit the original file), shall not be marked with watermarks, LOGO or multi-picture stitching, shall not be through the drawing software and other means to make any modification to the content of the picture. Photographic images should be accompanied by a brief and complete title and description.

4. There is no restriction on the shooting method of short videos, MP4 format, 15-300 seconds in duration (the original file must be transmitted). There should be no corner marks or watermarks in the picture, black bars should be avoided around the screen, and if there is simultaneous sound in the video, the simultaneous sound text must be provided.

5. Participants download the ""Words in Huxi · Qiyang Have a Play" Photography Short Video Contest Registration Form (attached), fill it in as required, and send it to the designated email address with the name of "name of the work + author's name + contact number" together with the finished product.

6. Participants must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of network communication, and shall not use the competition as an excuse to hype up the media, and will be disqualified from the competition once it is found that the works and behaviors that violate social order and good customs.

7. Other matters

1. The authorship of all entries belongs to the original author, and the organizer has the right to edit, modify, delete and disseminate the entries in the promotion of relevant activities.

2. The Organizing Committee of the Contest shall not bear the legal responsibility arising from disputes including portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc., and the legal responsibilities shall be borne by the contributors themselves.

3. All submitted works shall be deemed to be submitted to the media platform of Qiyang Financial Media Center.
