【How to do it】
1. Boil a pot of boiling water, put in the rice noodles when the water is open, and boil for 5 minutes.
2. Then turn off the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for another 5~8 minutes. The specific time depends on the state of the rice noodles, and cook until there is no hard core at all.
3. Take out the boiled rice noodles, cool them with cold water, and then remove the dry water. In this way, the texture of rice noodles will be more chewy and smooth.
4. Mix the juice next. In a bowl, add the non-spicy green pepper and chili powder (the one I use here is also not spicy) and pour in the hot oil to bring out the aroma. Friends who like spicy food can put red pepper and spicy chili powder.
5. While the oil is hot, add light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate, stir well to mix into a mixture.
6. Prepare a pot of water to boil, put the cooked rice noodles in, boil again and remove them.
7. Put the rice noodles in a bowl. Add diced carrots, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and green pepper juice, and mix well. If you don't like to eat onions and garlic, don't put it away.
This mix is smooth, salty, appetizing, simple and delicious.
