After the law enforcement officer made a safety warning, he signaled the driver to pull over for inspection.
Through the investigation, it was learned that the driver was transporting the snails from a production plant in Fuzhou to Jimei, Xiamen, because he was in a hurry and held a fluke mentality, and did not bundle and fix the goods along the way. It is understood that a roll of coiled snails carried by the vehicle weighs more than 2 tons, and in the absence of protective measures, any sudden braking or bump during transportation may shift and fall, causing traffic accidents and greatly threatening road traffic safety.
After the reasoning education of the law enforcement officers, the driver also recognized the mistake. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport and the Regulations on the Administration of Road Cargo Transport and Stations, law enforcement personnel made administrative punishment decisions on the spot through the "Fujian Law Enforcement" integrated platform system.
After that, the law enforcement officers also contacted the person in charge of the company to which the vehicle belonged by phone, informing him to strengthen the safety production education and training for the company's employees, and urging the driver to strictly implement the company's safe transportation operation procedures.
