The core products of our company are rice wine, sake, and low-alcohol sake that is blended and fermented with rice, flowers, and fruits. Cloudy rice wine is everyone's favorite drink, and this wine is the only one to win a gold medal in the rice wine category in this year's China National Liquor Challenge.
Ai Xiaoxi has also been approved as the base of "Rice Wine Brewing Science and Technology Courtyard" awarded by Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau, and its products have won the "Gold Award of IWSC International Wine and Spirits Competition", "The 3rd International Entrepreneurship and Innovation Achievement Award", "2020 China Fruit Wine Industry Brand of the Year" and other honors.
"Tianfu Good Grain" brews good wine, and helps rural revitalization with wine production
While winning numerous awards, Ai Xiaoxi has also transformed primary agricultural products into higher value-added commodities, thereby increasing the value of agricultural products. It is reported that part of the raw material glutinous rice of Ai Xiaoxi rice wine is "Aino No. 1", which has been cultivated for many years by the Rice Research Institute of Sichuan Agricultural University according to the climate, soil and water quality of Chongzhou, combined with production needs. This is an excellent glutinous rice variety that can be cultivated on a large scale without special care, which is conducive to the aroma and flavor richness of the product. At present, there are special rice for winemaking in Longxing Town and Baitou Town, with a total area of about 500 acres.
As the first enterprise in the country to apply for the enterprise standard of fresh brewing and craft rice wine, Ai Xiaoxi selects high-quality glutinous rice produced by the "Tianfu Granary", continuously innovates the brewing process and sales model on the basis of inheriting ancient skills, and helps rural revitalization with wine production.
