Lena Karmel lodge was delivered in January 2012 and is the most intelligent and well-equipped unilodge student residence in the teaching area. The newly completed Wamburun Hall is a brand new residence hall for all colleges and universities, which will open to the public in 2019. The apartment is located at the foot of black mountain and has several student apartments of 500. The wamburun hall is well-equipped, with a spacious dining kitchen and dining room design, where students can cook their own meals and engage in themed activities together. There is a public self-service laundry, a student activity place, a faculty and staff activity place, and a movie hall, music room and self-study room on each floor of the apartment! Many themed activities can be done in the building.
Each room is equipped with a study desk and chair, an installed display (the computer can be connected to the school wifi to watch TV dramas), telephone, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, cistern, storage space and a comfortable bed. Toad Hall is available in two types: studios and hotel rooms. Single room with bunk beds, mattresses, under-bed space, table and chair bench, bookcase, wardrobe, staple board, telephone and Internet ports. Hotel rooms are used for migrant workers to settle in for a short period of time, and summer hotel accommodation is also accepted.
Based on the ANU 2019 rates, accommodation in toad hall is approximately $250 per week and the maximum number of hotel stays is 43 weeks.
