On July 29, in the power supply service command sub-center of State Grid Yanqi County Power Supply Company, a training and learning on RPA digital new technology was in full swing.
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of work, serve grassroots work, promote the digital and intelligent development of power supply services, integrate and simplify tedious daily periodic work, State Grid Yanqi County Power Supply Company actively learns and promotes new technologies, uses RPA component-based service platform, grassroots data services and other digital means to simplify work processes, release data energy, help employees efficiently complete index monitoring, data analysis and processing, etc., promote the quality and efficiency of power supply services, reduce the burden on the grassroots, and empower businesses. For a long time, the on-duty personnel of the State Grid Yanqi County Power Supply Service Command Sub-center have to switch multiple systems every day and repeatedly perform periodic and mechanical operation tasks. This work model not only seriously restricts the improvement of employee work efficiency, but also hinders the improvement of business service levels. In the face of this dilemma, the company has effectively implemented the digital empowerment action of Bazhou Power Supply Company, deeply explored the potential value of data, and arranged relevant personnel to actively participate in various learning and training since the beginning of the year to deeply study digital technology. Through the use of process automation robot (RPA) technology, we vigorously promote the accurate capture of power grid data and the efficient integration of system indicators, so as to fully release manpower and truly achieve the goal of reducing the burden of work. It is reported that since May, the company has focused on targeted learning to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of RPA technology in the accuracy analysis of meter outage events, automatic recall of collection failure data, and indicator capture. Up to now, under the careful guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology Internet and the technical experts of the data monitoring and analysis class, the company has successfully completed the scenario development and production of the RPA project of "Accuracy Analysis and Detailed Screening of Meter Power Outage Events", and successfully carried out the trial operation. The implementation of this project has greatly reduced the work burden of the staff on duty in the supply and guidance center, significantly reduced the time spent on cumbersome system login, information capture and form data processing, and achieved remarkable practical results. According to statistics, the data processing work that used to take half an hour to complete is now only 2 minutes, which greatly improves the work efficiency. State Grid Yanqi County Power Supply Company will continue to increase its efforts, closely focus on the core goal of improving the quality and efficiency of power supply service business, collect demand extensively for key indicators such as low voltage, frequent power outages, and line loss, carefully formulate practical application projects, and continuously improve technology application capabilities. At the same time, we actively carry out training and learning of new RPA technologies, vigorously promote the extensive use of new digital technologies by department managers, station managers, and indicator monitoring personnel, and go all out to promote the all-round improvement of the quality and efficiency of grassroots power supply services and achieve a new leap forward in power supply services.
