45 parts of natural rubber, 55 parts of butadiene rubber, 15 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 4 parts of zinc oxide, 2.5 parts of stearic acid, 1 part of antioxidant RD, 1 part of antioxidant 4010, 1 part of paraffin, 42 parts of carbon black N220, 10 parts of carbon black N330, 8 parts of engine oil, 1.2 parts of accelerator NOBS, 1.4 parts of sulfur, total: 187.1 parts. Vulcanization conditions: 143°C×30min.
3. Mix 20 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber to produce bias tire tread rubber formula
60 parts of natural rubber, 30 parts of butadiene rubber, 10 parts of styrene-butadiene rubber, 20 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 2.5 parts of stearic acid, 1 part of antioxidant RD, 0.3 parts of antioxidant H, 1 part of antioxidant 4010, 0.8 parts of paraffin, 30 parts of carbon black N220, 15 parts of carbon black N330, 5 parts of white carbon black, 8 parts of engine oil, 1.1 parts of accelerator CZ, 0.8 parts of accelerator DM, 1.3 parts of sulfur, total: 191.8 parts. Vulcanization conditions: 143°C×10min.
