Strengthen the supervision of key farmers' markets
Intensify the supervision and guidance of the farmers' market to ensure price and stabilize supply, take the farmers' markets and large supermarkets in the jurisdiction as the key areas, supervise and inspect the clear price and price fluctuations of vegetables, meat and other products, and investigate and deal with illegal acts such as hoarding, price gouging, and price fraud, and severely crack down on the illegal acts of disrupting the market order by taking advantage of the typhoon disaster.
Strengthen the supervision of food and drugs needed for disaster relief
Focus on strengthening the supervision and sampling of food, first-aid drugs, antimicrobial drugs and sanitizing drugs needed for disaster relief, prevent disaster-affected food and drugs from entering the market, ensure the quality, safety and effective supply of food and drugs involved in disaster relief and rescue, and build a solid line of defense for food and drug safety.
Do a good job in flood risk prevention of special equipment
Supervise and urge public places, tourist attractions, playgrounds and other key areas, as well as elevators, large-scale amusement facilities and other key equipment users, to formulate strict preventive measures, effectively prevent and respond to the impact of heavy rainfall on special equipment, and at the same time require all units to do a good job in the investigation of hidden dangers in special equipment in disaster-prone areas, and make preparations for emergency rescue and disposal, so as to ensure the safe operation of special equipment during typhoons.
Actively carry out typhoon prevention safety publicity
Through door-to-door distribution of leaflets, telephone notices, WeChat groups and circle of friends forwarding and publicity, etc., the market supervision offices remind enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and the general public in their jurisdictions to pay attention to the prevention of disasters such as factory sheds, temporary structures, outdoor billboards, and tree downfall caused by short-term strong winds and heavy precipitation. At the same time, the relevant production and business operation units are required to strengthen their own protection and wind preparedness, do a good job in typhoon prevention, and properly deal with potential safety hazards in a timely manner and report them as required as soon as possible.
Up to now, a total of 326 law enforcement officers have been dispatched to inspect 165 farmers' markets, large supermarkets, pharmacies and special equipment users, and no quality problems have been found in food and drugs.
