In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, the Thirty-seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Baicheng City decided to accept Wang Chunyuan's request to resign as chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Baicheng City People's Congress due to retirement.

At the thirty-seventh session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Baicheng City, the Report of the Qualification Examination Committee of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Baicheng City on the examination of the qualifications of individual deputies to the Sixth People's Congress of Baicheng City was deliberated and adopted, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Deputies to the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at All Levels," it was confirmed that the qualifications of Wang Rengang, Wang Xiku, Li Jun, Li Shusheng, Chen Yan, Pang Qingbo, and Meng Zhaochen were terminated. Li Shusheng's position as a member of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Baicheng City and vice chairman of the Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee was terminated accordingly.
The Standing Committee of the Taonan Municipal People's Congress elected Zheng Yuhui, Cui Yanlei, and Jiao Chengqian as deputies to the Sixth People's Congress of Baicheng City, and confirmed that the qualifications of Zheng Yuhui, Cui Yanlei, and Jiao Chengqian were valid.
At present, the Sixth People's Congress of Baicheng City has 297 deputies.
