Single-cell analysis technology provides an accurate method and vision for the study of cell heterogeneity, which is an important technical means for us to reveal the laws of biological development and explore the mechanism of disease occurrence and development. With the development of genomics, transcriptome and other multi-omics methods, single-cell analysis technology has developed rapidly and has been applied to many fields of life science.

However, the phenotype and function of cells are often regulated by DNA, RNA, protein, etc., and the single-dimensional analysis results of single cells are difficult to provide us with comprehensive biological information.

In order to respond to the learning needs of the majority of students in this direction, Beijing Jinzhiyan will hold a learning and exchange meeting on single-cell and spatial transcriptome sequencing technology on August 24~26. At that time, we will invite Dr. Wu Shengyang of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and his team of practical experts to take us to understand the cutting-edge dynamics of single-cell and spatial transcriptome sequencing technology, master the most practical data analysis skills and take us to carry out practical exercises of data analysis, Dr. Wu graduated from the Institute of Crop Science of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in his early years, and has been focusing on the research of molecular biology and bioinformatics for more than ten years, especially in single-cell data analysis has accumulated rich practical experience.

Shengyang Wu, Ph.D. graduated from the Institute of Crop Science, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, has worked in the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing Bokaisen Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and is currently the general manager of Bokaisen, with ten years of molecular biology and bioinformatics background, deeply engaged in single-cell sequencing and spatiotemporal multi-omics sequencing and data analysis for many years, and has accumulated rich practical experience.
