Caring free clinics to convey health and warmth
The young nursing students of the "Medical Heart Build Dreams, Care for Each Other" volunteer service practice team quickly set up a free clinic site to provide free blood sugar and blood pressure measurement and other health examination services for community residents. In front of each resident who came to consult, the young nursing students used the knowledge they had learned, patiently and meticulously answered their questions, and instructed them on how to properly manage their health conditions. The atmosphere was warm and warm, and the residents expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the professionalism and loving service of the members of the practice group.
Primary care research to gain insight into the current situation and needs
The practice team also went deep into the community and conducted a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of primary medical care through questionnaires and interviews. According to the survey results, although the primary medical services in mainland China have been significantly improved in recent years, there are still problems such as uneven distribution of medical resources and uneven service levels. In response to these problems, the team members discussed and tried to help the construction of "Healthy China" by continuing to improve medical facilities and services, actively popularizing medical knowledge, attracting relevant medical talents to return to their hometowns, and providing door-to-door medical services, and incubate and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial "medical escort" projects.
Survey of employment needs and strengthen employment docking
The practice team also paid special attention to the employment of young nursing students. Through questionnaires and interviews with the community, they gained an in-depth understanding of the current employment situation and employment needs of the medical industry.
