"The commissioning of the Daquan Reservoir can provide a strong water supply guarantee for Taohuayuan New Town and Banxi Industrial Park." On July 10, the reporter saw at the construction site of the Taohuayuan New Town Water Supply Project that a number of large machinery were working intensively, pouring retaining walls, preparing for the next step of earthwork backfilling, and the scene was a busy construction scene.
It is understood that the water supply project of Taohuayuan New Town mainly includes a new water plant with a daily water supply of 50,000 tons and a water pumping station with a daily water intake of 50,000 tons, laying 16.7 kilometers of water pipeline network and 77 kilometers of water distribution pipe network, with a total investment of 399 million yuan. At present, 5.2 kilometers of water pipeline network and 22 kilometers of water distribution pipelines have been laid.
"After the completion of the project, it will radiate Taohuayuan New Town and Tonggu, Tushi, Banxi and other townships, serving a population of 150,000 people."
