At the power construction site of Fengqi Village, Gongchuan Town, Hui'an County, the State Grid Hui'an County Power Supply Company organized nearly 40 construction personnel to carry out operations in full swing to carry out insulation transformation and upgrading of the Zhongxin branch line of the 10,000-volt renewal line and the transformation and upgrading of the cement pole to narrow the base tower, so as to further improve the power supply quality of the area and ensure that the electricity consumption in summer is worry-free.
It is reported that Fengqi Village is located in the middle of Hui'an Zoumadai, the lower reaches of Linrim Creek, near the estuary, 10,000 volt Zhongxin branch line has been put into operation for more than 10 years, the line is mainly bare wire, perennial by the sea breeze, salt pollution, dust erosion, line aging. In order to ensure the reliability of electricity during the peak summer, the State Grid Hui'an County Power Supply Company decided to change the original small wire diameter bare wire to a large wire diameter insulated wire, and replace the cement pole located at the corner of the line with a narrow base tower to improve the windproof ability of the line, comprehensively strengthen the "bones" of the power grid, and optimize the line grid structure to further improve the reliability of power supply while eliminating the original hidden dangers.
At noon that day, the outside temperature was approaching 35°C, and in the blazing sun, sweat rolled down the foreheads of the construction workers, soaking through their clothes. Everyone holds tools in hand, works together on and off the pole, and cooperates closely to remove the old wires and replace the new ones...... Race against time to advance the progress of the project and ensure that all work tasks are completed as soon as possible. After nearly eight hours of hard work, all the scheduled work was successfully completed at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
The line renovation upgraded a total of 2 narrow towers, replaced 1950 meters of insulated wires, 17 pairs of cross arms, 3 groups of pull wires, 1 group of high-voltage switches, 5 groups of new arresters, 4 groups of grounding rings, and comprehensively upgraded the reliability and quality of line power supply, laying a solid foundation for reliable power supply in the peak summer.
