If a person wants to make a career in life, he must have two factors, one is a strong physique, and the other is a passionate spirit. The two are like pillars at both ends of the bridge, and the absence of either would throw the project out of balance. Without the guidance of a spiritual lighthouse, the body is like a lost ship, lacking a direction to move forward. If the spirit lacks the carrier of the body, it is like a fluttering feather, even if it is light, it is difficult to reach the other side of the ideal.
Therefore, while we attach importance to physical health, we also need to build a beacon of spiritual civilization. The two complement each other and should not be neglected. If you aspire to have a beautiful appearance, then cultivate a beautiful mind. Because everyone's heart is a mirror, every thought, every motive will be shown on the face, that is to say, your heart determines whether your face is beautiful or not. Those who lack faith in their hearts have no luster on their countenance.
In the same way, if we aspire to have a strong body, we must cultivate a noble and pure spirit. For it is only when our trust in the Creator is true and we conscientiously perform the five times a day that we can have a noble spirit that will enable us to persevere to the end despite any difficulties. The strength we do comes not only from our physical bodies, but more from the determination and courage of our hearts, and these two things come from the Creator.
As Shakespeare said, "The Creator has given you a face, and you yourself have made another." "Let us cherish every inch of our hearts and not let it be polluted by our own ignorance and prejudices. There must be a unique light of faith in the heart. Let us face the world with a pure and beautiful heart and seek our own auspicious life. The Merciful Lord said, "On that day some of their faces turned white; Some of the faces darkened. ”(3:106)
