Pressurized docking: After reaching the holding time, open the welding machine, carefully take out the heating plate, and re-close the welding machine within 10s, and gradually pressurize the weld ring to make the height of the melting ring reach 0.3~0.4 times of the wall thickness. The thickness of the unilateral side reaches 0.35~0.45 times of the wall thickness.
Packing cooling: Generally, the cooling time is 20~30min.

(4) The dirt on the connecting surface of the pipe or pipe fittings should be wiped with a clean cotton cloth, and the connecting surface should be milled to make it perpendicular to the axis and make it consistent with the corresponding section.
(5) Before the hot-melt butt connection of the guide pipe, the two pipe sections should each extend out of the clamp for a certain free length, and the two corresponding connectors should be straightened so that they are on the same axis, and the wrong edge should not be greater than 10% of the wall thickness.
(6) The pressure holding and cooling time of the hot-melt connection shall comply with the regulations of the hot-melt connection tool manufacturer and the pipe fittings and pipe production plant, and ensure that the connector shall not be moved or external force shall be applied to the connector during the cooling period.
