"Area 414" actor Guy Pierce
Recently, the sci-fi thriller Zone 414, starring Guy Pierce (Fragments of Memory), unveiled its first stills on the European film market at the 70th Berlin Film Festival. Guy Pierce looked dignified, appeared on camera with a gun, and seemed to be in danger.
The film takes place in the futuristic world, in the humanoid robot colony of District 414, David Carmichael, a private investigator played by Guy Pierce, who is hired by a local chaebol to find his missing daughter. Working with a highly intelligent robot played by Matilda Lutz, he discovers the origins of District 414 and the earth-shattering secrets behind the "Robot City" in the process.
According to sources, "Area 414" was recently filmed in Belfast.
