In principle, according to the scale of 24 classes of integrated kindergarten planning and design, the new childcare service facilities to implement "one park, two systems".

The project has been planned and announced in January 2024, and according to the public information at that time, the project land scope is four to: Shuigoutou Road in the north, Xihuili Residential Community in the east, Dachi Road in the south, and Ronghu South Road in the west.
The nature of the land is childcare land, and the construction unit is the Education Bureau of Liangxi District, Wuxi City.

The construction unit of the project is Wuxi Liangcheng Meijing Green Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is about 131,400 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 83,400 square meters and the underground construction area is about 48,000 square meters.
The project is divided into three plots: A, B and C.
Among them, 13 3-5 storey residential buildings and some commercial buildings are planned on plot A, 2 7-storey and 2 15-storey residential buildings are planned on plot B (the first floor is overhead), and 2 7-storey and 2 14-storey residential buildings are planned on plot C (the first floor is overhead).
The proportion of finished housing in the newly built residential buildings on the plot shall not be less than 60%.

As can be seen from the public planning map, the high-rise adopts a modern and simple design style, and the façade will be made of aluminum panels, integrated panels, large glass curtain walls, some arc-shaped details, and a 270° viewing balcony on the side cover, with a panoramic view of the canal and Huishan Mountain.
