According to the notice jointly issued by the Xining Municipal Bureau of Urban-Rural Development and the Xining Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau, Xinning Road will be closed for construction. In order to ensure the safe riding of passengers and the safe operation of public transport vehicles, Xining Public Transport Group has decided to temporarily detour and adjust a total of 12 bus routes passing through this section, including No. 6, No. 12, No. 13, No. 18, No. 24, No. 25, No. 31, No. 40, No. 85, No. 106, No. 108 and free transfer lines.
1. Closure section and time
(1) Closed road sections
Xinning Road (Haiyan Road - Xiguan Street) is half closed for construction.
(2) Closure time
July 8, 2024 to November 20, 2024.
2. Temporary detour arrangement of bus routes
(1) A total of 7 routes of No. 6, No. 12, No. 13, No. 18, No. 25, No. 85 and free bus lines will not be adjusted temporarily, and the stations on the west side of the construction section will be cancelled on the west side of the "People's Park", the east and west sides of the "Salt Lake Alley", and the east and west sides of the "Xinning Square West".
(2) Route 24 starts from the first and last stop of Kangnan bus, and after the original route travels to Tongren Road, the original route is resumed through Xiguan Street, and the same route is returned to the same route.
Temporary cancellation: stops at bus stops on the east and west sides of "Xinning Square West" and on the north and south sides of "Modern Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital".
(3) Route 31 starts from Lane 1 of West Railway Station, after the original route travels to Haiyan Road, it resumes the original route through Shengli Road, Tongren Road and Wusi Street, and returns to the same route.
Temporary cancellation: stops on the east and west sides of "People's Park", the east and west sides of "Salt Lake Alley", the north and south sides of "Xinning Square North", and the north and south sides of "Modern Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital".
(4) Route 40 departs from the railway station, and after the original route travels to Kunlun Middle Road, the original route is resumed through Tongren Road, Shengli Road and Xinning Bridge, and the same route is returned.
Temporarily cancelled: the bus stops on the east and west sides of "People's Park", the east and west sides of "Salt Lake Lane", the east and west sides of "Xinning Square West", the west side of "Xinning Road South Exit", the north and south sides of "Botanical Garden", the north and south sides of "Municipal No. 12 Middle School", and the north and south sides of "Xishan Lane".
(5) Route 106 starts from Taoli Road, the original route goes straight after Xiguan Street, resumes the original route through Xiguan Street, Tongren Road and Shengli Road, and returns to the same route.
Temporary cancellation: stops on the east and west sides of "Xinning Square West", the east and west sides of "Salt Lake Alley", the east and west sides of "People's Park", the north and south sides of "Traffic Alley North Exit", and the north and south sides of "Xining Bath".
(6) Route 108 starts from Haishan Road, the original route goes straight after driving to Tongren Road, resumes the original route through Shengli Road and Xinning Bridge, and returns to the same route.
Temporary cancellation: stops on the east and west sides of "People's Park", the east and west sides of "Salt Lake Alley", the north and south sides of "Xinning Square North", and the north and south sides of "Modern Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital".
