After two years of study and experience, he was transferred to the Xinjiang branch in 2009 to engage in technical support. In the past eight years, he has participated in the design of more than 10 large-scale coal mine projects as the main person in charge of project design, and won more than 10 awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level. Xinjiang Dabaiyang Coal Mine is located in the depths of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, with large coal seam dip angle, many coal seams, high coal seam gas content and complex ground conditions, which is one of the mines with extremely complex conditions.

In 2019, relying on China Coal Tianjin Design Company, China Coal established the China Coal Underground Engineering Intelligence Research Institute, focusing on the field of comprehensive utilization of underground space and laying out front-end scientific and technological research and development.
