The Beiqing-Beijing headline reporter noted that this is the first time that Xing Huina has appeared in this capacity at the press conference of the state's new office.
On February 9, the Information Office of the State Council released the 2021 directory of press spokespersons for central state organs and local governments. The spokesperson of the Central Propaganda Department (with the new sign of the state) "expanded" from two last year to four, and all of them are new faces. They are Xu Lin, deputy director of the Central Propaganda Department and director of the Information Office of the State Council, Chen Wenjun, director of the Foreign Information Bureau, and Shou Xiaoli and Xing Huina, deputy directors of the Foreign Information Bureau.
In addition to Xu Lin, the other three speakers appeared on the list for the first time.
