According to the white paper, the digital economy of the United States, China, Germany, Japan, South Korea and other countries continues to develop rapidly, and the proportion of digital economy in GDP has reached 60%, an increase of 8% from 2019. Among them, industrial digitalization has the highest proportion, accounting for 89.8%. In terms of digital industrialization, as of the first quarter of this year, there are about 30,000 core AI companies in the world, with the United States accounting for 34% and China accounting for 15%; Up to now, there are 1,328 large AI models in the world, with the United States accounting for 44% and China accounting for 36%.
In terms of the development of global 5G communication technology, as of the first quarter of this year, 112 countries around the world have built 5G commercial networks, basically all over the world; 5G networks have covered 45% of the world's population and have about 1.75 billion users. Yu Xiaohui believes that 5G is the fastest growing generation of mobile communication technology so far, but ordinary consumers will feel that it is not so obvious, because a large part of the current 5G technology is used in industry, energy and other production fields, for ordinary consumers, or will have to wait until the next AI mobile phone, AR/VR, etc. to have a clear experience.
