1.1 Construction process
1.2 Installation of color dome camera
Before installation, each camera is powered on for detection and adjustment, and the camera in normal working condition can be installed.
The camera cannot be disassembled by yourself.
Care should be taken when handling the camera and not to hit or shake the camera.
Do not expose the camera to rain or use it where there is water.
When cleaning the camera body, do not use harsh or corrosive cleaning agents, and use a dry cloth to clean the camera.
Grab the camera body with one hand and the ball housing with the other and turn it counterclockwise to disassemble it.
Connect one end of the RJ45 cable to the video output port of the dome camera, and the other end to the input port of the switch.
Connect the power adapter to connect the dome camera's power plug to the adapter's DC 12V power plug, and then connect the adapter to AC power.
Fix the camera with a screw light turning the screws.
Rotate the camera (PCB) inside the dome camera up and down to adjust the image position appropriately, and turn the lens left and right to align with the focal length.
To assemble, rotate the dome camera in a clockwise direction.
The video cable of the camera uses UTP CAT5e, which is led from the RJ45 connector of the optical transceiver in the equipment room to the image output terminal "VIDEO OUT" of the camera connector.
1.3 Installation of color fixed camera
Before installation, each camera is powered on for detection and adjustment, and the camera in normal working condition can be installed.
The camera cannot be disassembled by yourself.
Care should be taken when handling the camera and not to hit or shake the camera.
Do not expose the camera to rain or use it where there is water.
When cleaning the camera body, do not use harsh or corrosive cleaning agents, and use a dry cloth to clean the camera.
Attaching the lens: Loosen the screws by turning the screws that tighten the trailing edge adjustment ring counterclockwise, and then turn the adjustment ring in the "C" direction (counterclockwise) until it does not rotate.
Set the lens selector: After the lens is installed, the lens selector should be set to "Video". The camera's lens selector switches include "VIDEO" and "DC DC".
Back Focus Adjustment: Although the camera's back focus is adjusted at the factory prior to shipment, the focal length may not be accurate. In this case, the posterior focus should be adjusted.
The power supply of the camera is AC24V, using RVV3*2.5, the power cord leads the AC220V power supply from the equipment room to the power adapter of the field equipment, and is converted into AC24V to connect to the power connection terminal of the camera connector, so there is no need to distinguish the polarity.
The video cable of the camera is UTP CAT5e, which is led from the RJ45 connector of the switch in the equipment room to the screen output terminal "VIDEO OUT" of the camera connector.
1.4 Installation of monitors
Before installation, each monitor is powered on for detection and adjustment, and the monitor in normal working condition can be installed.
The monitor cannot be removed by itself.
The monitor is mounted so that the screen is protected from direct exposure to external light.
Care should be taken when handling the monitor, and the monitor should not be placed on an unstable car, table, rack or table, so as to avoid the monitor falling and injuring people and seriously damaging the equipment itself.
Do not expose the monitor to rain, and do not use the monitor in a place where there is water.
When cleaning the monitor body, do not use liquid cleaners or spray cleaners, and use a damp cloth to wipe them off.
Ventilation: Slots and openings are provided at the rear or bottom of the enclosure of the appliance for ventilation to ensure reliable operation of the appliance and to prevent overheating of the appliance, and the appliance must not be placed on a bed, sofa, carpet, or similar surface to prevent the openings from being blocked or covered, nor near radiators or heaters.
Power supply: The power supply range of this device is AC: 90V~260V, use the power cable provided with the unit to connect to the 220V AC power supply, and the other end is plugged into the power port at the rear of the monitor.

1.5 Installation of control room equipment
Includes: consoles, monitors, matrix switching controllers, video distributors, keyboards, splitters, long-delay recorders, and more.
Meet the requirements of construction drawings, installation wiring drawings and manuals.
Apply a check before device installation.
The appearance of the equipment is complete, and the paint layer on the inner surface is intact.
The overall dimensions of the equipment, the model and specifications of the motherboard and wiring ports in the equipment meet the design regulations.
The equipment and equipment components are tightly connected and firm, and the sturdy parts for installation should have an anti-rust layer.
The size of the base of the device with the base should match the device.
When the equipment base is installed, the frame and the ground should be fixed vertically and smoothly, its surface should be kept horizontal, and the vertical deviation and the front and rear deviation of several parallel installations should meet the requirements.
Check whether the type of connection cable between the host devices and the connection method are correct according to the system design diagram.
The equipment and components within the rack and console should be installed in such a way that the equipment is secure and upright, and the fasteners should be tightened
The connector should be in reliable contact, and the internal wiring should meet the design requirements.
1.6 Equipment wiring
The cable is introduced into the groove from the bottom of the monitoring table and the cabinet, and the cable starts to be bundled 10cm away from the bend point of the cabinet, and is tied every 200~400cm according to the number of cables. All cables (the entire cable should be marked with a conspicuous permanent mark on a piece-by-one basis) to distinguish where the cable is going and the signal is being transmitted.
Waterproof bends should be installed at the entrances and exits of cables that are introduced into the room or led out of the outdoors to prevent rainwater from flowing into the equipment or monitoring consoles and cabinets along the cables.
The level signal transmitted by the video cable is very weak, and its connection is not only required to be reliable and firm, but also can not make the signal attenuation too large, the connection is not allowed to twist, and it is necessary to weld, the end of the plug is, the wire core and the shield layer should be welded on the plug, the plug should not only be matched with the equipment socket, but also matched with the outer diameter of the cable, after the plug is inserted into the equipment socket, the plug socket should be locked with the plug jacket nut. The length of each cable should be reasonably calculated during installation, and the total length of each cable should be considered comprehensively to minimize the intermediate joints.
There are many cores of control cables, which are generally connected to the plug at the end of the equipment, and the connection of each core on the plug is welded, the insulation of the core should not be stripped too long, the outer sheath of the cable should be wrapped in the back cover of the plug, and the length of the core stripping insulation is about 2mm, and it is easy to touch each other if it is too long. The control cable should be as little or no intermediate joint, for the multi-core cable should be unified according to the color of the core to make a provision for the terminal, and in the monitoring console, cabinet junction box on the terminal number, the number should be unified with the number in the construction drawing. The core of the control cable is checked by two people to confirm that the wiring is correct before it can be plugged into the equipment, and the lock nut should be locked after plugging.
The monitoring room is powered by single-phase 220V, 50HZ power supply.
The power cord and video cable of the camera should be protected by a metal snakeskin tube, a plastic bellows or a polyvinyl chloride hose when the protective tube is introduced, each cable should have enough relaxation, and its length should be able to meet the maximum distance of the PTZ rotation, and on this basis, a margin of about 10cm should be left, and the cable should be led to the camera or PTZ along the bracket and hanger and be tied as necessary, and when the PTZ is rotating, the cables should not be entangled with each other.
1.7 Signal transmission and equipment layout
Ensure the strength of the TV signal in long-distance transmission, and the net attenuation from the transmitter to the receiver is not greater than 3dB. The camera installation point should avoid strong electromagnetic interference sources as much as possible, and the camera installation point should be stable and firm, and avoid direct strong light within the lens field of view.
1.8 Grounding, power supply, shielding, wiring and lightning protection measures
The power supply and grounding of the system directly affect the interference ability of the system, the general idea is to eliminate or weaken the interference, cut off the transmission path of interference, and improve the attenuation effect of the transmission path on interference, the specific measures are:
Ground:
The whole system adopts single-point grounding, the grounding bus adopts copper wire, adopts a comprehensive grounding system, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 1Ω, in order to ensure that the whole system adopts single-point grounding, in the implementation of the project, each signal is strictly isolated in the process of video signal transmission, and the power supply is provided separately, and the signal is concentrated in the central computer room, and the scientific and reasonable grounding measures can effectively ensure the interference performance of the system.
Power supply: The power supply of cameras, controllers, displays, etc. is centrally supplied by the control room.
Shield:
The video transmission cable, the power line and the control cable of the camera are laid through the metal pipe, and the metal pipe is grounded. The video transmission cable is not shared with the power line and control cable.
Wiring:
Transmission cables, power lines and control lines are not co-managed with power lines. The transmission cable and control line should be used as a complete cable as much as possible. Cables are not allowed to be lengthened by ordinary manual connections. For those that are indeed docked, special connection measures shall be taken to deal with the connection.
Lightning protection measures:
The treatment of the shell and ground wire is a lightning protection treatment. Resistant to general lightning strikes.
