On June 30, Jiangsu Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianhai Defense, built a 110-meter high-altitude rotary piling ship "Sanhang Pile 22" for the Third Harbor Bureau, was successfully held in the outdoor slipway.
The vessel is a non-self-propelled 110-meter-high large rotary piling ship, which can double as a full-swing crane ship. It is suitable for piling operations and towing dispatch in offshore, coastal, sheltered sea areas and other areas; Meet the requirements of unmanned towing and dispatching in international coastal navigation areas; Set up a satellite positioning system with centimeter-level accuracy, which can accurately locate and drive piles; Equipped with an 8-point anchoring positioning system, it can carry out anchoring positioning operations under specified sea conditions.
The ship is the first self-developed rotary piling ship in China, and realizes the localization of core piling equipment, with high piling efficiency, and has the function of renovating and repairing piles at old wharves, which fully demonstrates the mainland's independent innovation ability and technical strength in the field of marine engineering, and actively responds to the call of the country to "develop new quality productivity". The successful launch of the "Sanhang Pile 22" is not only a reaffirmation of the strength of Dajin Heavy Industry in the field of marine engineering ship construction, but also a strong new impetus for the sustainable development of the mainland's marine engineering industry.
At present, the installation and commissioning of various systems of the ship has been carried out one after another, and with the successful completion of the Jishui node, it is one step closer to the goal of delivery.
