Ding Junfa put forward three hopes for the digitalization of logistics and supply chain: first, it is necessary to improve the policy system, consolidate the development foundation, continuously optimize the top-level design, improve the development policy of logistics digital transformation, and further improve the development ecology of logistics digital transformation guided by the government, led by the market, and participated by the whole society; Secondly, it is necessary to adhere to innovation-driven, enhance development momentum, and accelerate the construction of an innovative development system for the digital transformation of logistics with enterprises as the main body and a combination of production, education, research and application; Finally, it is necessary to speed up the construction of the platform, deepen the governance of the industry, build an intelligent capability center for the development of the logistics industry, and promote the transformation of theoretical achievements and institutional achievements into rules, models and tools.

He Hui pointed out that in the context of the current vigorous development of the digital economy, the logistics and supply chain industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and to promote the digital transformation and high-quality development of the industry, it is necessary to have a clear strategic direction and specific action plan. In this regard, he put forward five key directions: first, improve the level of industry standardization; the second is to accelerate the platform development of the logistics industry; the third is to enhance the ability to create value; fourth, promote green and safe development; Fifth, strengthen industry data collection and index construction.
The forum launched the "Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Logistics and Supply Chain", successively initiated the application for the establishment of a logistics and supply chain big data standard working group, launched the preparation for the construction of a logistics and supply chain big data professional construction working group in colleges and universities, and launched an enterprise logistics cost accounting monitoring platform.
Fang Yongbin, President of the Big Data Branch of the China Federation of Things, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Reserve Development Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. Zhou Weihua, Director of the Institute of Digital Finance, Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences, Zhou Yiping, former Director of the United Nations Cooperation Office and former Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations for South-South Cooperation, Wang Ming, Director of the Comprehensive Transport Research Institute of the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, Huang Youfang, Deputy Head of the New Liberal Arts Construction Working Group of the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the Logistics Education and Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education, and former President of Shanghai Maritime University, delivered keynote speeches on topics such as data assets, digital international cooperation, and digitalization to reduce logistics costs.
The forum also held a roundtable dialogue on "Logistics and Supply Chain Data Elements", which exchanged views on topics such as bottlenecks and problems faced by logistics and supply chain digitalization, transformation paths and methods.
