Gold Mantis undertook the interior decoration of the building from 25F to 33F, intelligent constant temperature control air conditioning and fresh air system and landscaping, with a decoration area of 15,750 square meters, with the concept of conforming to Transsion's innovative spirit and international vision, creating a high-quality and ecological office space full of scientific and technological energy, and striving to become a new benchmark for business office in Shenzhen.
T33 is surrounded by high-rise buildings and new companies, and its unique and modern architectural design is particularly attractive. Using architectural language to concretize Transsion's corporate philosophy, with the design concept of "cloud core", the appearance presents a streamlined curve, the highly technological and futuristic open building symbolizes the spirit of openness to break barriers, and high-quality building materials are cleverly integrated into natural elements to ensure sturdy and durable practical characteristics and artistic aesthetics.

The multi-floor office area pays great attention to the choice of materials and colours, and the overall design scheme is both beautiful and functional.

The designer cleverly introduced the natural landscape into the office space, with green plants poking out of the lattice, terraces, outdoor flower ponds, micro-landscapes and other multiple landscapes decorating the building, the space and plants coexist in one, so that the reinforced concrete has a temperature, and the busy working time becomes colorful because of the gift of nature.

When considering the spatial height difference and the design of the inclined plane, the specific area is strengthened and deepened. The panoramic glass partition on the upper floor is up to 2.85 meters high, with no profile division in the middle, and the strength control is guaranteed by precise pay-off, skeleton reinforcement and raw material control.

Before placing an order for project materials, according to the principle of large sample first, the relationship between the seam and the closing should be clarified in advance to ensure the stability and firmness of the installation. A large number of terrazzo and other stones of the project are carried out step by step: material source investigation→ ground fine leveling→ accurate pay-off→ material ordering→ back-field tracking→ product installation→ finished product protection→ grinding acceptance.
