Wang Lan, female, Han ethnicity, born in Wuhu, was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Postgraduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, Bachelor of Arts. Born in October 1969, he began his career in July 1991 and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
