With the approval of the Henan Provincial Department of Transportation, the section from Muzhaling to Checun Street East of the G311 Lianluan Line (K846+683-K860+521) maintained by our center was approved by Songjiao [2023] No. 247 for structural repair and maintenance due to serious pavement diseases. According to the requirements of the provincial and municipal transportation departments, it is planned to carry out construction on this section of the road from June 25, 2024 to August 20, 2024.
At that time, traffic control will be implemented in the construction area, passing vehicles please plan the detour route in advance, pay attention to the detour signs, interval vehicles intermittent traffic and obey the command of the on-site duty personnel, orderly passage through the construction area, large trucks detour in advance.
In order to ensure the smooth flow of the highway in the tourist season, during the construction period, passenger cars and cars will pass normally from the S88 Muzhaling toll station to the Muzhaling scenic area; In other road sections, passenger cars and cars are to pass according to the command of on-site security personnel; On Saturdays and Sundays, no construction will be arranged, and traffic will be normal. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Transit vehicles will detour to the nearest S88 Zhengluan Expressway, and the detour route is: Luanchuan to Pingdingshan from Baiyunshan Station of Zhengluan Expressway, drive along Zhengluan Expressway or exit from Muzhaling Station and Yaoshan Station of Zhengluan Expressway, and continue along G311 National Highway. From Pingdingshan to Luanchuan, enter from Muzhaling Station and Yaoshan Station of Zhengluan Expressway, drive along Zhengluan Expressway or Baiyunshan Station of Zhengluan Expressway, and continue along G311 National Highway.
