In order to conscientiously implement the Ministry of Education's "Notice on Carrying out Special Education on Teacher Ethics in the Education System" Teacher's Letter [2021] No. 3 document and the spirit of the video conference of the Ministry of Education's Teachers' Ideological politics and teacher ethics special education launch and deployment meeting, on the afternoon of May 14, Zhumadian Second Experimental Primary School held a meeting of all teachers and staff in the auditorium of the South District to start the deployment of the school's 2021 teacher ethics special education work.

The meeting was presided over by Liu Xiangbin, secretary of the party committee and vice president of the school. At the meeting, Comrade Liu Wujun, the principal, conveyed to all teachers the spirit of the speech of Chen Baosheng, secretary of the party leading group and minister of the Ministry of Education. Chen Baosheng pointed out that the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the construction of the teacher team, and makes it clear that the construction of teacher morality is the first priority of the construction of the teacher team, and the teacher ethics and style of teachers are the first criterion for evaluating the team of teachers, which points out the direction for strengthening the construction of the teacher team in the new era and provides fundamental compliance. Chen Baosheng stressed that it is necessary to grasp well the relationship between inheritance and development, high-line guidance and bottom-line requirements, strict management and love, and Chen Baosheng demanded that the education system should carry forward the spirit of nails, strengthen organizational leadership, and earnestly implement the "Ten Guidelines" and see practical results. 

Then, Vice President Zhao Hongxia read out the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Carrying Out Special Education on Teacher Ethics in the Education System. The notice clearly points out that schools should organize in-depth study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on teacher ethics and teacher style; strengthen teachers' "four histories" study and education, carry out publicity and study of outstanding and typical advanced deeds of teachers; guide teachers to learn and practice the "Ten Guidelines" for the professional behavior of teachers in colleges and universities, primary and secondary schools, and kindergartens in the new era; and concentrate on carrying out warning education on teacher morality.

Subsequently, Vice President Comrade Wan Peng reported on the eight typical cases of violations of the Ten Guidelines for Teachers' Professional Conduct publicly exposed by the Ministry of Education. The teachers involved and the responsible persons who violated the teacher's morality were seriously dealt with, reflecting the resolute attitude of the party and the government towards the "zero tolerance" of the violation of the teacher's professional behavior.

Finally, Secretary Liu Xiangbin led everyone to conscientiously study the "Ten Guidelines for the Professional Conduct of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era", and made arrangements and requirements for the special education of teacher morality in schools. First, it is necessary to regard the study of the "four histories" as a "compulsory course" for all teachers in ideology and politics, conscientiously study the party's glorious traditions, valuable experiences, and great achievements, fully stimulate the endogenous motivation of teachers to study, and ensure that they do not forget history, do not forget their original intentions, and know history and love the party and the country. Second, it is necessary to conscientiously study the guidelines, grasp the essence of the spirit, fully understand the important significance of carrying out education on teacher ethics and teacher style, and continuously improve ideological and political quality; third, we must further clarify the requirements of teacher ethics norms, always put the care for students and parents in mind, implement them in action, strengthen communication with parents, jointly pay attention to students' mental health, and jointly cultivate the healthy growth of students; fourth, we must use the standards of "four haves" teachers to strictly demand ourselves, keep in mind the content of the professional ethics norms for primary and secondary school teachers, and consciously resist paid make-up classes. Corporal punishment or covert corporal punishment of students is prohibited.

The launch and deployment meeting of the special education of teacher morality has strengthened the belief of all teachers to devote themselves to the cause of education with a sincere heart, a heart of dedication and a heart of benevolence, and sounded the clarion call for the 2021 special education activity of teacher morality and teacher style in Zhumadian Second Experimental Primary School.
