On June 28, 2024, the Veterans Affairs Bureau of Shizhong District held a series of red-themed party day activities of "Inheriting the Red Spirit - Quancheng Veterans Starting Again", and organized personnel to visit and study the history museum of CRRC Shandong Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (formerly Jinan Railway Factory) and receive red education. First of all, all the staff visited the Jinan Railway Dachang Factory History Museum to learn about this glittering red history. In the summer of 1921, Wang Jinmei, an early member of the Communist Party of China, established the first trade union organization in Shandong Province in Jinan - the Jinan-Pudong Railway Jinan Dahuaishu Locomotive Factory Workers' Club; In the first half of 1922, the first industrial trade union in Shandong Province was prepared; At the beginning of 1925, the first enterprise party branch in Shandong Province was established - the branch of the Dahuaishu Locomotive Factory of the Jinpu Railway of the Communist Party of China. Since then, the workers' movement in the major railway factories has moved towards a new upsurge of the workers' movement under the leadership of the party, and has gradually become the "central area" of our party's work. Under the guidance of the staff, all the staff visited the various exhibition areas of the factory history museum, photos, cultural relics, product objects and models of different historical development periods, listened to the arduous course of the magnificent revolutionary struggle and the historical changes of construction and development of the railway factory, and continued the red blood and inherited the red spirit in the vivid and vivid historical materials.
Subsequently, all the staff reviewed the oath of joining the party under the party flag, solemnly swore an oath, further strengthened their ideals and beliefs, and drew strength to forge ahead.
