Scan the QR code of the "Ministry of Emergency Management Work Safety Report" WeChat Mini Program below, click [One-click Login] to register your mobile phone, click [I want to report] to read the report instructions and enter the information filling page, you can fill in the report content, and you can view the report record and acceptance status in the [Personal Center].
