This beauty is inseparable from the implementation of the improvement of the living environment and the efforts of all the masses. Focusing on the development concept of "locality, nature and ecology", Honglian Village actively carries out the activity of "cleaning homes and beautifying the environment", continues to work the renovation of the living environment and the construction of beautiful courtyards, adheres to party building to lead grassroots governance, and drives the people of the whole village to consciously participate in the beautification of the courtyard through the form of "party organization + party member" taking the lead in demonstration and radiating to every household.
In order to highlight the rural landscape and reflect the regional characteristics, Honglian Village makes full use of idle materials and old objects such as waste bricks and tiles, clay pots, stone grinders, etc., for the construction of low brick walls or the layout of external walls, creating a rich and colorful node landscape, revealing a strong nostalgia. Not only that, Honglian Village also uses the "Three Treasures of Yangzhong" reed, willow, bamboo and other local materials to carry out fine weaving, showing a rich and colorful local characteristic landscape, and truly realizing the change of scenery with different scenes.
The houses are beautiful, tidy, and harmonious...... This is a new atmosphere since Honglian Village carried out the improvement of the rural living environment. However, the improvement of the living environment has not only brought about changes in the "face", but more importantly, changes in the "lining". Honglian Village has successively revised and improved the village rules and regulations with ideological and moral, social security, village customs and folk customs, and neighborly relations as the contents, and has made every effort to create a beautiful village with "culture", "appearance" and "temperament".
Honglian Village continues to explore the development of characteristic industries, relying on the natural characteristics of the relatively concentrated large farmland of Hongdeng New Village, focusing on the development of ecological agriculture, creating a "Chuxin Field", and mainly planting 46 varieties of Nanjing to produce and process ecological rice. "The rice we grow has a stable yield and tastes good. Chuxintian' not only solves the employment problem for the surrounding people, but also provides free food for home-based elderly care and meal delivery services, killing two birds with one stone. In 2024, we will build the 'beginner's field' into a 'development field' and 'happiness field', and strive to increase income throughout the year to a new level." Empower and improve efficiency for the construction of beautiful villages

Xiao Bixian, an old man from the Shangjing villager group in Dajiao Village, Ganzhou Town, Fengxin County, Yichun, Jiangxi Province, said happily. In recent years, Fengxin County has vigorously improved the rural living environment, focusing on creating beautiful, livable and workable villages, and empowering and improving the efficiency of the construction of beautiful villages.

From "customization" to "butterfly change", create a beautiful countryside. Fengxin County took the initiative to become a "beautician", tailor-made "beauty meals", and made "landscape articles"; Actively organize all townships and towns to submit new rural construction reserve points, and organize personnel to enter villages and households to carry out publicity and mobilization in a timely manner for village groups that have not carried out new rural construction, so as to fully understand the industrial development, village roads, housing structure, environmental sanitation and other conditions of each village group. By the end of 2023, a total of 187 new rural sites are planned in Fengxin County, of which 10 are beautiful and livable villages with advantages such as characteristic industries, leisure tourism, ecological protection, and cultural inheritance.
From "face" to "lining", improve the living environment. "The renovated landscape fence and trees are beautiful!" The village is beautiful, and the environmental sanitation must also keep up in time. Fengxin County has carried out daily cleaning actions on a regular basis in accordance with the method of "slicing and contracting". At the same time, the "10,000 village code on the pass" platform is used to guide villagers and merchants to clean the front and back of the house and the courtyard in a timely manner, so as to improve the appearance of the village in an all-round way. Always adhere to the "face" and "lining" together, continue to dispatch the "fault finding group", use "footsteps" to measure shortcomings, and use "fingertips" to expose problems to ensure that the problems are rectified and clear. As of March this year, Fengxin County has handled 37,400 large and small incidents through the "10,000 Village Code Shangtong" platform.
From "problems" to "rectification", we will actively promote the "toilet revolution". Fengxin County set up a "toilet revolution" working group, and included this work in the village rules and regulations, advocating villagers to actively participate in the toilet renovation work, to ensure that one household is renovated and one household is completed; Give full play to the main role of villagers, in accordance with the process of village initial inspection, township re-inspection, and county acceptance, and accept each household and toilet, and insist on passing one and accepting one. At the same time, the "toilet revolution" work is included in the quarterly performance appraisal of village cadres, and random spot checks, cross-inspection and evaluation are adopted to focus on the process evaluation and performance appraisal of rural toilet transformation. By the end of 2023, a total of 65,718 rural households had been collected in Fengxin County, and 53,231 rural toilets had been registered, with a sanitary toilet penetration rate of 80.9%.
A small point evokes a new wind in the countryside
"It's the first time I've traded trash for something at my age." Uncle Zhu, who is nearly 80 years old, said excitedly with the laundry detergent that had just been "exchanged" with garbage. Lingtang Village, Jingpo Town, Rucheng County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, has implemented a pilot project for the exchange of domestic waste classification points, guided the classification and delivery of rural garbage, and arranged special personnel to classify and collect them every day, and centralized cleaning and transportation, so that the villagers' awareness of environmental protection has been continuously improved.
"Garbage classification can not only improve the utilization level of garbage resources, but also improve the quality of the rural environment, and in the way of sorting garbage to earn points and exchange points for daily necessities, so that villagers can truly become builders and participants of a better village." Zhu Xiaohong, secretary of the party branch of Lingtang Village, introduced.
In order to match the points system, town and village cadres, cleaners, social workers, and volunteers work together to build the original old village department of the village into a garbage sorting and recycling station, which is neatly placed with classified garbage cans, and the garbage classification points exchange table, points management and other related systems are posted on the wall, which is convenient for residents to redeem on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is also conducive to residents to supervise the classified exchange supermarket. Daily necessities such as towels, paper towels, water cups, and laundry detergent are placed on the shelves, and each item is marked with corresponding points for villagers to redeem. "We don't accept cash, we don't use electronic payment, we only collect recyclable garbage in daily life, and we can get points by simply sorting recyclable household garbage and putting it at the recycling point, and 10 points can be exchanged for a pack of tissues." Zhu Qiaoqiu, the manager of the recycling station, introduced the garbage sorted by the villagers into the sorting kiosk. Since the opening of the garbage sorting and recycling station on September 1 last year, the village has collected more than 900 catties of paper shells, more than 600 plastic bottles and villagers' domestic garbage, and the garbage collected by the recycling station will be regularly concentrated for harmless treatment.
In recent years, Jingpo Town has focused on key tasks such as rural revitalization and improvement of rural living environment, and actively carried out environmental sanitation rectification activities in various forms such as environmental sanitation cleaning, "three bags in front of the door" health evaluation, and advocating poultry captivity, and then adopted the method of "point exchange" to enhance residents' awareness of garbage classification and further stimulate the enthusiasm of villagers to build a beautiful hometown.
